Applikationshinweise:

Western Blot: Approx 65 kDa band observed in Human Heart and Liver lysates and in Mouse and Rat Heart lysates (calculated MW of 62.3 kDa according to NP_006243.2). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
