Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000. Experiments gave bands at approximately 20 kDa and 23 kDa in human testis lysates. These bands correspond to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Legare et al, Mol Hum Reprod. 2006 Jul,12 (7) :461-8, PMID: 16772431. This protein has a calculated MW of 16.6 kDa according to NP_006423.1. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL.
