  • Applikationshinweise
    Approved: WB (0.5 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 0.5-2.0 μg/mL detects phospho-PKR in RIPA lysates from HeLa cells that had. been stimulated with IFN alpha overnight followed by treatment with calyculin A for 15 minutes. Beadlyte Peptide Specificity Assay: 1:1000-1:5000 dilutions were incubated with a cocktail of. microspheres conjugated to either the phosphorylated or non phosphorylated peptides. Treated HeLa (lane 1) or untreated HeLa (lane2) cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-phospho-PKR (0.5 μg/mL). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates phospho-PKR (68kD).
