Handhabung

Format: Lyophilized

Rekonstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Hintergrund: Interleukin (IL)-12B, which encodes the p40 subunit common to IL-12 and IL-23, as one of the genes for which expression in fibroblast-like synoviocytes from patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA-FLS) is induced by DcR3.Decoy receptor 3 (DcR3) competitively binds to three ligands, Fas ligand, lymphotoxin-related inducible ligand that competes for glycoprotein D binding to herpesvirus entry mediator on T cells and tumor necrosis factor-like ligand 1A (TL1A), to prevent their effects. Recent studies have suggested that DcR3 directly affects cells as a ligand.

Molekulargewicht: 34.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
