Handhabung

Konzentration: 50 μg/mL

Buffer: 20 mM Phosphate buffer, 150 mM NaCl, 1 mM EDTA, 1 mM DTT, 10 % Glycerol, pH 7.4. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Stable for at least 3 months from receipt of products under proper storage and handling conditions.

Hintergrund: This gene encodes a protein that belongs to the High Mobility Group-box superfamily. The encoded non-histone, nuclear DNA-binding protein regulates transcription, and is involved in organization of DNA. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants that encode the same protein.
