Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approx 65  kDa band observed in Human Testis lysates (calculated MW of 50.2  kDa according to NP_059523.2). The observed aberrant MW may be explained by the acetylated form of the protein. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1μ,g/mL.
