Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 16000. Western blot: Experiments gave an approx 60 kDa band in Human Liver and Brain lysates at1 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: 5-10 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Placenta shows strongstaining of cytoplasm in syncytiotrophoblasts.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
