Produktmerkmale: It recognizes a 24-27 kDa estrogen-regulated protein, identified as heat shock protein 27 (hsp27). Hsp27 was recently found to be identical to the estrogen-induced p29 and 24K protein. About 50 % of breast carcinomas are positive for hsp27 especially those that are also positive for estrogen and/or progesterone receptor. HSP27 has also been implicated in drug resistance in cancer cells.

Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Optimal dilution of the HSP27 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

1. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10  mM Citrate buffer,  pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min
2. The prediluted format is supplied in a dropper bottle and is optimized for use in IHC. After epitope retrieval step (if required), drip mAb solution onto the tissue section and incubate at RT for 30 min.\. Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1 μg/million cells in 0.1ml,Immunofluorescence: 0.5-1 μg/mL,Western blot: 0.25-0.5 μg/mL,Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 0.5-1 μg/mL for 30 min at RT (1),Prediluted format : incubate for 30 min at RT (2)
