Aufreinigung: PIAS2 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Immunogen: PIAS2 antibody was raised against a 15 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of PIAS2.

Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western Blot: Approximately 90 kDa band in lysates of cell line A431after 0.5 μg/mL antibody staining. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human testis shows nuclear and extra-nuclear staining in spermatids. Recommended concentration, 3-5 μg/mL.
