Spezifität: This antibody is expected to recognize isoforms 1 and 3 ( NP_872584.1 and NP_079043.2 resp) but not isoform 2 (NP_006085.2).

Aufreinigung: DLC1 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Immunogen: DLC1 antibody was raised against a 13 amino acid synthetic peptide near the N-Terminus of DLC1.

Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 28 kDa band in human liver and lung lysates as well as in different epithelial lung cell lines after 0.3 μg/mL antibody staining.1 and 54.6 kDa according to NP_079043.2 (isotope 3). The 28 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
