Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Approved: IHC, IHC-P, WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL for 2 hours at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1-2 μg/mL for 30 minutes at RT. Requires boiling tissue sections in10 mM citrate buffer,  pH 6.0 for 10-20 minutes, followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes. Positive control: BT474, MDA-MB-453 cells, and breast carcinoma. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
