    Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Heart. Recommended concentration: 5 μg/mL.

    Western Blot: Approx 110 kDa band observed in Human, Mouse and Rat Heart lysates (calculated MW of 110 kDa according to NP_001672.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.

    Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.

    Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the endoplasmic reticulum of HeLa cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/ml.
