Format: Lyophilized

Rekonstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS, 150 mM NaCl ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Hintergrund: Tropomyosin-1 (TPM1), a widely expressed actin-binding protein, is downregulated in many tumors and associated with cancer progression. TPM1 overexpression in RCC cell lines can induce tumor cell apoptosis via the p53-mediated mitochondrial pathway. Further studies are needed to fully elucidate the potential of TPM1 as a candidate for RCC targeted therapy in the future.
