Format
Lyophilized
Rekonstitution
Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
Buffer
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 20 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCL ( pH 8.0). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Lagerung
-20 °C,-80 °C
Informationen zur Lagerung
-20 to -80°C for 12 months as supplied from date of receipt., -80°C for 3-6 months after reconstitution., 2-8°C for 2-7 days after reconstitution., Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Please minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
Haltbarkeit
12 months
Target
E-cadherin (CDH1)
(Cadherin 1, Type 1, E-Cadherin (Epithelial) (CDH1))
E-cadherin is the core component of epithelial adherens junctions, essential for tissue development, differentiation, and maintenance. It is also fundamental for tissue barrier formation, a critical function of epithelial tissues.
Molekulargewicht
61.62 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 70-80 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
