Handhabung

Format: Lyophilized

Rekonstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Hintergrund: NKG2, also known as NKG2A(CD159A), is a member of the killer cell lectin-like receptor family. NKG2A marks a unique immune effector subset preferentially co-expressing the tissue-resident CD103 Molecule, but not immune checkpoint inhibitors.It is expressed only in NK-cells, but not in T-cells or B-cells.

Molekulargewicht: 41.1 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 55-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
