Format: Lyophilized

Rekonstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Hintergrund: B7-H5, also known as VISTA , B7H5, Dies1, SISP1 and C10orf54, is a 55-65 kDa member of the Ig superfamily. It is a transmembrane molecule expressed in bone, on embryonic stem cells (ESCs), and on tumor cell surfaces.
