- Applikationshinweise
- Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:10 to 1:20 in IHC. It is recommended that this product be used on frozen tissue sections or specimens. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory. The predigestion is strongly recommended for formalin-fixed tissue.

- Hintergrund
- The N079 is supplied in two screw cap microtubes, labeled A and B. Tube A, which has an orange cap, contains 0.5 mL of dehydrated antibody reconstitution buffer. Tube B, which has a blue cap, contains the dehydrated concentrated immunoglobulin antibody. The light green color is the combination of No. 1 blue and No. 5 yellow food dyes, which serves as an indicator for the reconstitution procedure.
