Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 48  kDa band observed in Rat Retina lysates and 50  kDa in Mouse and Rat Kidney lysates (calculated MW of 35.1  kDa according to Human NP_001668.1, 35.2  kDa according to Mouse NP_033851.1 and Rat NP_037245.2).The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL.
