Hintergrund

Rabbits were immunized with Glutathione-S- transferase (GST) from Schistosoma japonicum. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, the serum was collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity-purified using GST immobilized on a solid support and conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
