The antibody can be used in western blot, immunocytochemistry, and live cell imaging applications.  It has been designed to recognize 5HT4 receptor from rat, mouse, and human samples. \nAnti-5HT4 Receptor (HTR4) (extracellular)-FITC Antibody (ABIN7043624, ABIN7045290 and ABIN7045291)-F) is directly conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). The antibody can be used in immunofluorescent applications such as direct live cell flow cytometry.
