Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western Blot: Approx 36  kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines HeLa and MCF7 and in nuclear lysates of cell line NIH3T3 (calculated MW of 36.0  kDa according to NP_002128.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3μ,g/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Small Intestine shows nuclear staining. Recommended concentration, 5-10μ,g/mL.
