Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: 1/8000. Western blot: Approx 16 kDa band observed in Human Peripheral Blood Mononucleocyteslysates (calculated MW of 13.6 kDa according to NP_002956.1). The observed molecularweight corresponds to earlier findings (approx. 16 kDa) in literature with different antibodies. Recommended concentration: 0.3 - 1 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: Human Lung shows nuclear staining in selectcells. Recommended concentration: 2 - 4 μg/mL.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
