Immunogen
An amino acid sequence from the N-terminus of human MCM3 (REAQRDYLDFLDDEE) was used as the immunogen for this MCM3 antibody (100% homologous in human, mouse and rat).
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting amounts. Titration of the MCM3 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.\. Western blot: 0.5-1 μg/mL,IHC (Paraffin): 0.5-1 μg/mL,Immunocytochemistry: 0.5-1 μg/mL

Informationen zur Lagerung
After reconstitution, the MCM3 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4°C. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Minichromosome maintenance, S. cerevisiae, homolog of, 3, also called RLFB or P1 Protein, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MCM3 gene. MCM3 is one of the highly conserved mini-chromosome maintenance proteins (MCM) that are involved in the initiation of eukaryotic genome replication. This protein is a subunit of the protein complex that consists of MCM2-7. It has been shown to interact directly with MCM5/CDC46. This protein also interacts with, and thus is acetlyated by MCM3AP, a chromatin-associated acetyltransferase. The acetylation of this protein inhibits the initiation of DNA replication and cell cycle progression.
