Usage: This antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, western blotting and immunoprecipitation. Specific conditions for western blotting reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately 96 kD in size corresponding to human PMS2 by western blotting in most cell lines and tissues as PMS2 is ubiquitously expressed.
