Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approximately 70 kDa band observed in human kidney lysates (calculated MW of 75.5 kDa according to NP_002849.1). Recommended concentration: 0.2-0.6 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human testis shows vesicular staining in Sertoli cells. Recommended concentration, 2.5-3.8 μg/mL.
