Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 75 kDa band observed in human heart and human pancreas lysates (calculated MW of 73.3 kDa according to NP_114072.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human pancreas, shows granular cytoplasmic staining of acinar cells. Cells of the Islets of Langerhans are weakly stained, if at all. Recommended concentration, 3 μg/mL.
