Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution >1:32,000. Approximately 35 kDa band observed in HEK293 cell lysate (calculated MW of 30.9 kDa according to NP_001227.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Bains et al, J Pharmacol Exp Ther. 2010 Mar,332(3):755-63., PMID: 20007405). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
