Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approximately 17 kDa band observed in human kidney, human lung and human testis lysates (calculated MW of 18 kDa according to NP_003336). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human kidney, shows nuclear staining of some epithelial cells of glomeruli and renal tubules. Recommended concentration, 1 μg/mL.
