Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 32 kDa band observed in mouse lung lysates (calculated MW of 32.4 kDa according to NP_032314.2). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 45 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
