Western Blot: Approximately 50 kDa band observed in mouse pancreas lysates (calculated MW of 49.9 kDa according to NP_001119786.1). Recommended concentration: 0.5-2 μg/mL.an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 38 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
