- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western Blot: Approximately 75 kDa band in lysates of cell lines HeLa and Kelly after 2 μg/mL antibody staining. The 75 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
