Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western Blot: Approximately 22 kDa band in human brain (hippocampus and cerebral cortex) and human skeletal muscle lysates after 0.3 μg/mL antibody staining. The 22 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
