Applikationshinweise: Approved: Peptide-ELISA (1:128000)

Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 23kD band in lysates of cell lines A549, CACO2, MCF7 and MRC5 PD19 after 0.01 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 28.3kD according to NP_783640.1. The 23kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
