Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Suitable for Immunoprecipitation, immunoblotting, ELISA and supershift assays. Recommended Dilutions: This product was assayed by immunoblot and found to bereactive against RFX5 (C-terminal specific) at a dilution of 1: 250 followed by reaction withPeroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat). Anti-RFX5 (C-terminalspecific) is suitable for the detection by immunoblot of human RFX5. This product was alsotested in a gel supershift assay and found to be reactive against RFX5 using 0.5 to 1.0 mlper assay.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
