Applikations-hinweise Western Blot 0.1-0.3 μg/mL, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation 1:10 - 1:500, Flow Cytometry 1:10-1:1000, Peptide ELISA Detection limit 1:32000Approx 57 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line A549. In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing IRF5 a strong band of approx. 60 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. The calculated molecular size is 57.8 kDa according to NP_001092099.1. . IHC: An anonymous customer has reported nuclear staining in human cervix. The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors. ChIP:his antibody has been successfully used in human monocyte-derived dendritic cells.
