Rekonstitution
Restore with 1.0 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).

Buffer
0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, with 0.01 % (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate as preservative and 10 mg/mL BSA (IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer.
Handhabung
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.

Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. This product is stable for several weeks at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -28 °C or below.
