Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Suitable for Immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electronmicroscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody basedenzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 g of Human IgG in astandard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:2,000 to 1:8,000of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Handhabung

Rekonstitution: Restore with 1.0 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).

Konzentration: 0.5 mg/mL

Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.12 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, containing 10 mg/mL BSA (IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01 % (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate as preservative.

Handhabung: Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.

Lagerung: 4 °C/-20 °C

Informationen zur Lagerung: Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50 % and then aliquot contents and freeze at -28 °C or below. This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid.
