Immunoblotting (Western or dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assaysrequiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1/10,000-1/50,000. Western Blot: 1/1,000-1/5,000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/500-1/2,500 Note: This antibody has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Human IgG F(c) in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as asubstrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:2,000 to 1:8,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
Other applications not tested.
