Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Suitable for Immunoprecipitation, Immunodiffusion, Conjugation and most immunologicalmethods requiring lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 g of Human IgA in astandard capture ELISA using HRP Donkey-anti-Goat IgG [H&L] (minimum cross reactivity) and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:4,000 to 1:16,000 is suggested forthis product.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer: 0.1 M Sodium Borate, 0.005 M EDTA, 0.075 M Sodium Chloride, pH 8.0 with 0.01 % sodium azide as preservative.

If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
