Produktmerkmale: Plate 3*104 cell per well in 96-well plates in RPMI 1640 medium with 10%FBS for 24 h. Sub confluent cells were starved 4 h in RPMI 1640 medium with 2%FBS. Standard and Sample 2-human TNF- alpha were added and cell viability measured 24 h later by addition of CellTiter 96® AQueous Non-Radioactive Cell Proliferation Assay reagent (MTS). The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.02-0.08ng/ml.
