Handhabung

Format: Lyophilized

Rekonstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Lagerung: -20 °C,-80 °C

Hintergrund: IL-17RC (interleukin-17 receptor-like) gene codes for a transmembrane protein, the full length of which inhibits apoptosis in prostate cancer cells. IL-17RC gene transcribes over a dozen different splice variants of mRNA. IL-17RC protein isoforms are differentially expressed in prostatic cells and cancer tissues and may play a negative or positive role in the initiation and progression of prostate cancer.

Molekulargewicht: 76.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 90-115 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
