- Hintergrund
- DAP is a basic, proline-rich, 15-kD protein. The protein acts as a positive mediator of programmed cell death that is induced by interferon-gamma. Recombinant human DAP protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
