Produktmerkmale
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-NR0B1 antibody (Catalog #: ARP31632_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Hintergrund
NR0B1 is a protein that contains a DNA-binding domain. The protein acts as a dominant-negative regulator of transcription which is mediated by the retinoic acid receptor. This protein also functions as an anti-testis gene by acting antagonistically to Sry. Mutations in its gene result in both X-linked congenital adrenal hypoplasia and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. This gene encodes a protein that contains a DNA-binding domain.
