Applikationshinweise: Approved: IHC, IHC-P (2.5 - 3.75 μg/mL), Peptide-ELISA (1:8000), WB (0.3 - 1 μg/mL)

Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western blot: Approx. 37  kDa band observed in Human and Mouse Skeletal Muscle lysates (calculated MW of 36.6  kDa according to NP_005904.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 30  kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
