- Applikationshinweise
- This product has been assayed by western blot and was found to be reactive against the intact enzyme and enzyme subunits (alpha at 100 kDa and beta at 50 kDa) as well as glycosylated and non-glycosylated enzyme forms. A dilution of 1:100 to 1:500 is suggested for immunoblotting followed by reaction with Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Chicken IgG [H&L] Rabbit) (ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
