- Hintergrund
- Background: HCA66 (hepatocellular carcinoma-associated antigen 66) is also known as UTP6 and is a subunit of the UtpB subcomplex which is part of the SSU (small subunit) processome. HCA66 contains a HAT (half-a-tetracopeptide repeat) domain which is found only in proteins involved in RNA metabolism. HCA66 has also been identified as a component of the centrosome and as a regulator of gamma-tubulin.
