Verwendungszweck: Neuron navigator 1 is a protein encoded by the NAV1 gene which is approximately 202,4 kDa. Neuron navigator 1 is localised to the cytoplasm. It is involved in axon guidance. It contains coiled-coil domains and a conserved AAA domain characteristic for ATPases associated with a variety of cellular activities. It is thought to play a role in neuronal development and regeneration. Neuron navigator 1 is expressed at high levels in heart, skeletal muscle and placenta. Mutations in the NAV1 gene may result in congenital myotonia. STJ94434 was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. This polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of Neuron Navigator 1 protein.
