Western Blot: Approx 60 kDa band observed in Human Heart lysates (calculated MW of 63.1 kDa according to NP_000166.2). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03 μg/mL. Primary incubation was hour.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
