Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western Blot: Approx 65  kDa band observed in Human Uterus lysates (calculated MW of 51.9  kDa according to NP_008879.3). The protein is commonly known as a 60 or 70  kDa heat shock protein (see nomenclaure). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3μ,g/mL.
