Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: Detection Limit Dilution: 1/32000. Western blot: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Approx 140 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line NIH3T3(calculated MW of 140 kDa according to Human NP_005210.3 and 130 kDa according toMouse NP_031884.1).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Hintergrund: DIAPH1 binds to GTP-bound form of Rho and to profilin. Acts in a Rho-dependent manner to recruit profilin to the membrane, where it promotes actin polymerization. It is required for cytokinesis, stress fiber formation, and transcriptional activation of the serum response factor. DFR proteins couple Rho and Src tyrosine kinase during signaling and the regulation of actin dynamics (By similarity).
